What is PSARA License?
PSARA License is a prerequisite before any person starts a private security business in India. The operation of the private security agencies are governed by The Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005, popularly known as PSARA.
Who can apply for PSARA?
An Individual, Partnership Firm, LLP, One Person Company (OPC) or a Private Limited Company can make the application for PSARA License/ Registration to the Competent Authority of the concerned state.
What are the benefits?
Any person who have PSARA license can legally provide Security Guards to any organization.
Documents Required?
1. Police Character Certificate
2. ITR 3 Years
3. Experience certificate from existing agency
4. Postcard size photo in uniform from head to toe
5. ID card of company
6. Affidavit and declaration (will share draft format)
7. Passport photo of both directors (two)
8. Shop act/ Udyog Aadhar
9. GST Certificate
10. PT Certificate
11. COI, MOA, AOA
12. Rubber Stamp
13. Training certificate
14. PF & ESIC Registration
15. Pan & aadhar of director
16. Light bill of office & rent agreement if rented
17. Pan of Company
Liasoning to be done on time to time basis. (Out of pocket exp at actual)
