What is Cluster?

A cluster is a group of enterprises located within local area to fulfill requirement of business by developing own CFC (Common Facility Centre)

What is Cluster Development Scheme?

There are two types of Cluster Development Scheme

a. MSE-CDP

This scheme is run by Central Government and grant in this scheme is maximum upto Rs.20 Crores or 90% of the cost of machinery whichever is lower.

b. MSI-CDP

This scheme is run by Government of Maharashtra and grant in this scheme maximum upto Rs.10 Crores or 80% of cost of machinery whichever is lower

What is criteria for application?

Minimum 50 MSME units required to develop cluster which are having same, similar business activity

What are the documents required?

1. Sec 8 company registered under The Companies Act, 2013

2. 50 MSME units udyam registration

3. MSME units owners Pan, Aadhar

Time limit?

Minimum 12-15 months required for realization of funds
