What is CLCSS?

CLCSS full form is Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme. This subsidy is available for technology up-gradation.

Objective of subsidy?

To promote technology up-gradation by MSME's

Amount of subsidy?

15% of amount availed/introduced for purchase of machinery or technology up-gradation or Rs.15 lakh whichever is lower. Maximum amount of subsidy is Rs. 15 lakh.

Type of subsidy?

It is upfront subsidy given by Govt to msme's.

How it is credited?

It will not be credited directly to loan account. Govt will give amount in FD form to lender bank. For claiming msme need to run business for 3 years. After three years msme can claim that FD amount.

Criteria?

Loan facility should be availed by msme. Technology up-gradation needs to be required and also mentioned in GR.
